A fabulous opportunity to prepare and cook a specially designed lunch menu with Chef Paul Webbe, in our purpose-built training kitchen.

A full day of tuition at Webbe's, Rye £140pp 

The day is relaxed, informal and fun and finishes with you enjoying the sumptuous lunch that you have created. Why not take the opportunity to complete your day by inviting a guest to share in the fruits of your labours. Guests can join you for lunch, arriving at 1.00pm, including a glass of wine for £50.00, limited places available.

Following your attendance at a cookery school event, your recipe pack will be emailed to the address provided within your booking. Please check your spam/junk folder if it does not arrive within a day. Please contact the office if there are any further issues.

Cookery School Course Information Update

Paul Webbe has released Cookery School dates for the first half of 2025.

Currently, a full day at Rye, costs £140pp and a guest for lunch is £50pp. Source to Sauce classes, in Hastings, are £65pp and a lunch guest is £45pp.

For vouchers purchased before October 2024 a supplement of £10 will need to be paid in order to complete your booking, due to our price increase. 

If your gift voucher is for more than the value of course then you will retain the balance which can be put towards another course or spent in any of our restaurants. Please contact our office, info@webbesrestaurants.co.uk or call 01424 753405 on Tuesdays/Thursdays or Fridays. If you have any issues booking a cookery school online please contact the office.

As part of our ongoing commitment to helping the environment, we will be switching to paperless recipes packs. All recipe packs will be emailed to the email address within the booking.

Cookery School Aprons are available to purchase on the day and cost £20, please see Paul. Alternatively, aprons can be purchased and collected from our Wild Mushroom restaurant.
