A relatively new cookery school day which was so popular that we decided to add it to our cookery school calendar!
Paul's specialty is seafood, and for this course he combines it with another of his passions, pasta.
Dishes will include seafood linguine and tortellini to name just a few.
The day begins with an informal introduction by Paul Webbe and culminates in a 7-course lunch prepared, cooked and eaten by the cookery students.
