Job Description for Chef de Partie
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our small, professional team of chefs at the Webbe's at the Fish Cafe in Rye. It would make a great first position from college or a step up after an apprenticeship.
Working under our Head Chef, our team produces high-quality, fine dining food using locally sourced seasonal ingredients. We want someone who is enthusiastic, hard working and keen to progress in the catering industry.
There are two other restaurants in the Webbe's Group, so future promotion is possible and there maybe the opportunity to move around the group to gain further experience. Salary will be dependent upon age and relevant experience.

Salary: £22,000 - 28,000 Per annum
