Webbe's Restaurants, an independent, family-run restaurant group relies upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations. We therefore request that diners give adequate notification of cancellation or amendment. For all tables we request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice ahead of table arrival time, of cancellation or amendment. For parties booked in any of our private rooms or whole venue, we require 120 hours’(5 days) notice of cancellation or amendment. All Deposits are non-refundable or transferrable if the tables are not resold to capacity, regardless of the timeframe of cancellation. Please Note, Gourmet events, Christmas, New Years and Valentine  deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the 48 hour timeframe, if the tables remain unsold. A charge of £25 per person will be made if the cancellation terms above are not met, and Deposits will be withheld. For reservations of 7 or more, a £10 per person deposit is required, Gourmet events and special dates (Christmas,  New Year, Valentine) require a £25pp deposit,  Whole venue deposits are non-refundable, unless we can then sell to capacity, regardless of the cancellation time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold unconfirmed reservations. We politely ask that you arrive at your time of booking, not before, or contact us if you are running late. The Directors reserve the right to amend or change this policy on an individual basis and the Directors decision is final.

We DO NOT tolerate no-shows, and reservation names will be blocked.

We hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted. To ensure that we can cater for you appropriately, please notify us of any dietary/allergen requirements prior to your visit, and also when ordering. We will try and meet dietary requirements but cannot guarantee, or change our menu items to suit individual requests. For allergen details please speak to our Restaurant Manager or Chef. Our premises and kitchens are NOT allergen free zones. By making a reservation at any of Webbes Restaurants, Webbes at the Fish Café, Webbes Rockanore or The Wild Mushroom, you agree to our reservation and cancellation terms.
